CEBES started his business activities in 1990 in the city of Weert, Netherlands. In 2006 CEBES decided to invest in Indonesia, and established PT. CEBES Indonesia as a development center with all activities focused on supporting projects in the Netherlands.

Starting in 2012, CEBES Indonesia has also begun to prepare services that are planned to be aimed at the domestic market.
